Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a light, respectful touch that interfaces with core physiological processes: fascial support and movement, nervous system function, and fluid (blood, lymph and cerebrospinal) flow. This manual approach resonates with the body’s rhythms to support balance, resilience and healing. CST's delicate manual techniques are safe for all ages and have been successfully used in the treatment of a multitude of dysfunctions including; headaches, orthopedic issues, PTSD, learning difficulties, chronic stress, and many other conditions.

Cupping Services
Cupping therapies have been used for centuries to loosen tight muscles and joints, stimulate blood and lymphatic flow, and remove cellular wastes and toxins from the body.
Using negative pressure the cups decompress (lift up) the skin and under lying tissues allowing muscles and soft tissue to stretch, increasing circulation to the area and releasing toxins from the tissues.
* The skin discoloration that sometimes occurs is a reflection the cellular debris coming to the surface to be flushed out, it is not bruising
